Best years of my life, so far. I came to Stuttgart in February 1997. I lived in Vaihingen until September 13th, 2002. For the majority of that time I lived with my girlfriend, who became my Fiancé and finally my wife. (I proposed in the Schlossplatz, where we went to sit during our first date). We moved back to The Stuttgart area in September of 2003 and lived there in Leonberg until June of 2005.
I have to say that Stuttgart is home for me. I had an opportunity to return to the States, for a higher paying job, I turned it down.
Why?
Because I loved my new life, in Europe, in Germany...In Stuttgart. I miss the city, the people, the walks...and my friends.
Maybe one day I'll live there again... |
