Restaurant Name: M on The Bund

The restaurant boasts probably the best view of the Bund - see picture (except perhaps, from our guests' hotel rooms at the Grand Hyatt). During the warmer months, the roof garden is one of the most delightful places to spend an evening in Shanghai.

Favorite Dish: The food is as spectacular as the view. The deliciously fragrant home-made olive bread, the crepes Parmentier topped with surprisingly good Chinese caviar and creme fraiche, the slowly baked salt-encased select leg of lamb and the signature Pavlova are all reasons to try this Shanghai version of the restaurant which has been luring Hong Kong diners for over a decade.
