We stopped at Bodø in the MS Polarlys of the Hurtigruten on our way up to Kirkenes on the Norwegian Coastal Voyage. Maritagnes, who has written a wonderful Bodø page, was there to meet us and we appreciated this very much. However, on the way back from Kirkenes we disembarked at Svolvaer on the Lofoten Islands and most of this page is about our short visit there. |
