Getting TO/AROUND: Another sort of water taxi, this one was just to cross the river over to Wat Arun. It should cost 2Baht. They try to charge foreigners more. This really annoyed me and my friends and it is not about the money, of course. If they want to charge more they should do it openly and honestly, with a sign informing you of it. Like with entrance fees for temples etc. instead of hoping to 'catch you out'. They didn't catch us out... which they then dealt with by smiling/laughing... the Thai way of dealing with an uncomfortable situation.
