One of these last sunny days I was invited to visit the new week-end house of a friend.
It is situated in Alentejo, Portugal, close to Barragem do Maranhão.
The place is wonderful, the typical calm of Alentejo, but also the water so near and all the savage flowers!
In front of the property we see the city os Avis.
Around we may visit Castelo de Vide (in the photo), Marvão, Crato. Here we have the super Pousada Flor do Crato, where I stay another week-end.
