The source of this stream is a bubbling heated spring at the top of this peak. This stream has the only water fall in Thailand or so I have been informed. With me are my girlfriend Kaly and her sister Pe. No we are not keeping to sign from flying away. Rather the sign is holding us up after climbing to the source and back |
| | A respite after a long climb. Though there are steps cut into the side of the hill and in places wood is used to shore them up, the climb is quite tireing. From this point one has to walk back along elevated wood walkways about 200 to 300 yards to view the hot springs, the source of the stream above and water fall not shown. Kaly and I both needed to hold each other up for a minute. |
| | The Crossing Now in the previous chapters I mentioned climbing up a hill. You may ask how to get across without getting your feet wet. There is a lovely foot bridge where one can take a moment as Kaly and I did to reflect and take in the scenery. From this point the climb begins. It may look easy but don't be fooled by appearances. |
