EU SEI QUE VOUT TE AMAR

POR TODA A MINHA VIDA EU VOU TE AMAR

EM CADA DESPEDIDA EU VOU TE AMAR

DESESPERADAMENTE. EU SEU QUE VOU TE AMAR

E CADA VERSO MEU SERA

PARA TE DIZER QUE EU SEI QUE VOU TE AMAR

POR TODA MINHA VIDA

EU SEI QUE VOU CHORAR

A CADA AUSENCIA TUA EU VOU CHORAR

MAS CADA VOLTA TUA HA DE APAGAR

O QUE ESTA AUSENCIA TUA ME CAUSOU

EU SEI QUE VOU SOFRER A ETERNA DESVENTURA DE VIVER

A ESPERA DE VIVER AO LADO TEU

POR TODA A MINHA VIDA

I born in Santos a beach city in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. If you look in the map of Sao Paulo you will be able to find Santos. All the way in the east coast...
Beautiful gardens, shopping malls, beaches, cultural places.

A little of Brazilian History

What I Know and remember about my country

Brazil was discovered by Portugueses (from Portugal, of course), therefore Brazil official language is Portuguese, not Spanish like many people think.
Pedro Alvares de Cabral and his fleet of 13 ships and after 44 days at the sea, sponsered by the Crown of Portugal, dicovered Brazil in April 22, 1500.
The place where the fleet first stopped at is now known as Bahia.
Like in North America, Brazil had its own population and culture - The native Indians, called Tupiniquins. They language was Tupi-Guarani.
And the history reapeted - thousand, of them died as result of white man disease.
The name "Brasil" originated from a tall tree, called '"pau-brasil." The Indians used to paint their face and body with a red tincture extracted from the trunk of this tree.

Brazil history it's very intensive and interesting. From the discovery by the Portugueses, which made Brazil a colony of Portugal until its independece in 1822. The conflicts for land, the interferency of the Pope in the Treat of Tordesilhas.
The Portugueses conquered South America from the east side and the Spanishes (sponsered by the Spanish Crown) from the west. And then came the battles, revolutions and fights for land... like always.
During the colonization Brazil ( or the crown of Portugal) brought Africans and made then slaves this way they could work in the platation of sugar, coffee and cotton. The Slavery Abolition happened in May 13, 1888 - Aurea Law was
signed by Princess Isabel.

There is a lot about Brazil's history.
However Brazil is not only about Carnaval, naked women. There are a lot more to see, learn and know about this wonderful land. Where people are very friendly.
