AND SO REAL!!!
Best place in the world, in my opinion for shopping, because..we..travelers need sometimes time to shop...really inexpensive.
BUT, consider that the employees there in the shop and factory receive very poor salary, and sometime is easy to find children working like carriers.
DO NOT CONTRIBUTE THAT ACTION!! JUST FIND THE PROPER PLACE FOR SHOPPING
I only visited 4 days, only Saigon, i love this city, and i had lot of offers to travel halfday or full day trip around Saigon (Ho Chi Minh).
There are lot thing to see, new sensations, pollution, motorclycles, odors, shopping, real city with no tourist orientation, I was the only tourist in 4 days, everybody was talking to me and asking my nationality...if a ma american...no, i am not, i am from spain...ok, or from cuba...and the people say: ohh, like fidel castro.
This country is communist, but, only the politician. The economic system is growing ok, lot of shops, very nice, oriented for Saigoners.
The best moments are: Airport, hotel checking, first walk in city, first time shopping and the chuch!! |
