Off The Beaten Path: This is my wifeBarbara...
  • Tip Rating:
  • This is my wifeBarbara standing in the forefront. The building in the background is called 'Swire House'. This is one of the richest private companies in the world. My friends, Mick and Doris, both work for this company. AND, they have a company suite in the building. We flew in, took a train to downtown London, and then did not even need a cab to walk to Swire House. Let's go inside and have a look around.

Later, we will go to Hereford. Mick has a home in Hereford. They will leave us in Hereford for over a week. We will use their home as a hub to travel about England and Wales. Mick and Doris will spend the first weekend with us, then after working all week in London, will return to Hereford to spend the next weekend with us.

  • Tip Rating:
  • The address for Swire House is 59 Buckingham Gate. So you KNOW you are right in the middle of what most tourists come from world round to see. As an example, Big Ben is in the background in this pic.
