On 12th of March I went to Rotterdam with our foreign students.
I forgot to count the different nationalities this time but I am pretty sure we must have been close to my Namur counting when we were with 21 different ones !
Rotterdam was icy cold and we even had some snowflakes. Very cold wind didn't made it very enjoyable on the open deck of the Speedo boat, so we ended all up sitting inside in the warmth.
A quick bite from V&D till a trashcan `-) (ok I admitt... that was a set up picture!0 and then gathering again to join a local guide who would take us on a freezing cold city trip.
We ended up at the Dali exhibition at the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen where I found out what total chaos meant!
They forgot to book us, we had to queue at the individual ticket sale box outside (twice, as they succeeded in giving us too few tickets) no one knew who knew what and they were all walking around like a chicken that just got chopped off its head.
From the 2,5 hour visit with coffee and cake, only 1 hour finally was left for all this thanks to the spendid non-organisation of the museum.
Ok I got some appologize but what do we have with that?
We skipped the promised intro as well as we only had 1 hour to visit the exhibition.
Nevertheless, foreign students are very grateful travelers and all were satisfied and thankful at the end of the day :)

I just came back from a wonderful VT meeting in Rotterdam

I am so sorry but as in all my pages my travelogues are totally made a mess with the transformation to the new VT.
I am sorry but I feel sooooooooo tired trying to put them all alright again. I give up folks! sorry!
- Pros:it feels just great to meet all new VT friends!
- Cons:a day is always too short when you have fun!
