a marvelous city

Gent was not a well known city to me. Don't ask me why. It seems that people get attracted to places far away from home, the exotic, the adventure, while there is so much beauty at a few miles distance.

I have made a new friend in Gent who has been a day host and friend to already many other VT-members.
He is (how could it be any one else?) Luc, alias Luchonda.

Pros and Cons

Pros:great architecture, great pubs! and Luchonda lives there!
Cons:except of being too crowded during Gentse Feesten, I don't know any con's
In a nutshell:Very underestimated beautiful city.

you are partly right Luc... Only in Ghent I found spare ribs for left handed hahaha I removed my top 5 page out of protest. Close to 60 tips and 200 pictures have been moved to my fotki albums and will remain there.
