    • Be there during carnival time - the beautiful and mysterious costumes give you the impression of being back in time.
    The most famous place is the ´Piazza San Marco' (´Marcus Square´), also the main place of carnival activities...
    and don´t miss a visit to the ´Campanile'(bell tower)
    where you will have a marvellous view onto the medieval town and the crowds and events going on on the Piazza (well, if it´s not just hazy...)
    An elevator takes you up there, to right underneath the bells (if you don´t mind the noise at full hours!)
    Price is € 6,-- (remember being in Venice!)
