Five singles on a journey | Tango dancers all over the streets |
September 9th - 2006 I took me more than 24 hours to close the door of my house and to put my first step on Argentina ground. From Ghent to BXL by autocar, a plane from Paris CDG to Madrid, from Madrid to Buenos Aires in Argentina with Aeroline Argentinas. The Aeroline is not recommendable because they changed the time table unexpectatly so that my connection flight to Cordoba was delayed with more than 9 hours. Our group, Fabienne, Gilberta, Jean-Claude and miss C. was blocked on BsAs international Airport. The plan was to visit BsAs on day 11. Fortunaly Werner, our Tour Guide was inventive, hired a mini-bus so that we could taste the BsAs athmosphere earlier than foreseen. - Plaza de Mayo and the Casa Rosa - Grand Cafe Tortoni - San Telmo - plaza Dorego - Shopping center Florida - Cementario de la Recoleta At last evening flight to Cordoba, second big cities of Argentina The stay at the Interconti Plaza - the shower after more than 34 hours the first local beer called Quimpils - Irisbeeeeeeeee - at last - my journey can start ARGENTINA, dont make me cry, i expect a lot from you : - Cordoba ( city of students ) - La Rioja - Salta ( The best i've seen in the north) - BsAs (Paris of Latin America) - Puerto Madryn (Whale watching) - El Calafata ( Landscape of glaciers) - Ushuaia ( The end of the world, but so beautiful) |
| | Plaza de Mayo - Tango takes two Plaza de Mayo, a traditional square to protest and revolt, but also a place to get relaxed and get invited to Tango, classic dance in Argentina. It takes two to Tango, but this is no problem in Argentina. Locals will always find a partner. |
The different landscapes from north to south Choose a destination in Argentina, the north or south, Salta area or even Ushuaia, you will be surprised by it's beauty, it's colorful mountains, natural parks in general and friendly people, a remembrance you will cherish. | | |
