Medicine and drugstore products are for free in Cuba. A positive result of the Communist regime. But for special products people have to pay - a lot - so a black market is created again. Believe it or not - but the Cuban doctors are famous . Hospitals are well spreaded over the country and have a good reputation. The drugstore shown in the picture is located at the famous "Calle Obispo"-old Habana
