The location in "Old Habana" is oké to visit and walk around the City !
Unique Qualities: There are no unique qualities except the location. The elevator mostly doesn'work which is unpleasant for persons staying on the second floor and have to take the stairs upto the 7th to have breakfast. Servants are definitly unfriendly - the reception is working unprof. But all Hotels in Cuba are from the state ! So better go private !!

Unique Qualities: Despite the english name the architectural elements and decoration are pure Spanish Downstreet - on the left you can find a CD -shop vending a lot of fantastic Cuban CD's

Room and flashy windows in the dining room of this famous Hotel Inglaterra i had a mojito for 3 us dollars but the occasion to have a inside look ! Great memory of my second journey in Habana city

Hotel Plaza - a previous villa and transformed into a hotel in the year 1909-so short after the independance I is a top Hotel - well located near Old Havana - El Capitolio etc. It is also near "Manzana de Gomez" shopping center in Habana - but a renovation of this center is urgent !! Like many other buildings in Havana.

So next to "Hotel Park View" but as a member of the "Accord" group - i think the best payable Hotel in Habana A nice swimmingpool - even as no guest - you can get entrance for a three dollar fee - towel included - Ingrid and Claudine knows more - Jan and i just had a couple of drinks - in Park View !!

We had a reservation in Hotel Park View for the 3 first nights in Habana.Arriving late we got informed to be transferred to Hotel Palacio O Farrill due to some water leakage problems in our room.
Unique Qualities: It is in fact a better Hotel.The location is in Old Habana - so near to the Cathedral.
