Wat Pho or in Thai - "Wat Phra Chetupon".It is located at the south of the Royal Palace and the biggest tempelcomplex in Thailand (8ha)
It is the highlight in Bangkok - a kind of Disneyland-and it will take you for hours in a unique environment of temples - Boeddha's (relaxing Boeddha !)and Chedi's (91)

 Luc, very interesting tips on your time in Bangkok! It is a country that I've always wanted to visit and was thinking about doing it this winter - but the fuel surcharges on flights were a bit excessive at the time!

 Thanks for visiting my Bangkok page, Luc. Lovely photos and tips here! The floating markets look very interesting - I wanted to visit one during my stay, but never found the time. As you say, Bangkok is a place that you "have to see"! :-)

 Ahh, looks great ! But I miss food tips :-) Where are the real spicy thai meals ? That detail picture is fantastic :-)

 The temples are really impressive! I would not like to walk across the guardians on a dark night! They are frightening! Interesting page on a country and a region I do not know at all!
