Rome is one my most favourite places in the world. I spent 1 week in Rome in July 2001. This was during the time that the Roma soccer team won the championships, so you can imagine the energy and excitement that was swilling within the city! Millions of crazy Italians celebrating everywhere - brilliant!
During my week in Rome, I think I saw almost every major tourist attraction in the city. My travel buddy and I were so energised to see Rome, that we walked and discovered Rome mostly on foot. We saw so much and it facinating but also was definitely exhausting! (think 14 hour days on your feet trying to see everything, aaargh!)
<B>If you have never been to Rome, I hope you can get a feeling of what Roma is like from this page, and how much I enjoyed BELLISSIMO ROMA. GRAZIE MILLE!
