When you are in Mexico remember this advice. If you see a Mexican eating there then you can eat there. If you find yourself in a restauraunt full of tourists you should leave. If a place caters to tourists they know when you get sick it will not affect their business. The local push cart or cafe has to survive with local repeat customers. They cannot afford to make anyone sick. The best bean and meat burrito I had in Mexico was at a town cafe were the next closest tourist was 30 miles away. I think the picture may even be the town I was in, who knows, eat where the locals eat-A good rule where ever you are in the world.
