I spent only 2 days in Rome, and it was not enough. I know I will come back to this wonderful city where past lives so close with novadays. I was walking in Fori Imperiali and felt so special touching stones that witnessed so many events in world's history. These stones saw great people...
And a very special memory of Vaticano. It is another state, but talking about Rome, you cannot forget Vaticano. I guess all of you who were in Rome visited Vaticano. This is exactly what I did first of all - went to Vaticano, but this is just another page.

I think I can talk about what to see in Rome for hours. May be LAVEP is right – too many things were already said about Rome. For many hundreds of years this city stands on the banks of the Tevere river. People from all around the world come here to see “eternal city” because their roads led to Rome, and probably some feel that without seeing Rome they cannot die, and so on, so on, so on……..
My notes on Rome can seem to be usual, but I cannot express feelings that fill your soul and heart and thoughts that overwhelm your brains when you come to Rome.

In 5 years I came back to my Rome. This trip was fantastic... 5 years ago i was a student living in a youth hostel and eating in a snack bars. This time I had possibility to enjoy wonderful restaurants, spent all my money on shopping and for 5 days was doing anything else but walking around the city... I did not want to leave. I really felt at home there. I was so happy to be here... enjoyed every moment. Of course there are lots of tourists (hehe, and I was one of them) 24 a day, 7 days a week, 365 (or 366) days a year, but even with crowds i liked it. Special thanks to all my friends who made this trip unforgetable. And I hope than next time will be very-very soon... A presto, Roma...

since my last notes, I was in Rome 5 times. I came there just for weekend, or spent there 4-5 days. But every time I got more and more addicted to this fantastic city. I have my favourite places, lots of friends and even favourite moving statues :-) but the most amazing thing about Rome is that every time i come here i discover new places. And of course, this year i will come back to my beloved eternal city.
