Venice or Venezia… City of romance, dreams, and beauty. It is wonderful. It is so hard to find right words to express my first impression of Venice. I could not believe I was there. I thought I was sleeping and saw an amazing dream. This city is even more beautiful when you come here with a dear person, with a heart filled with a special feeling of love.

I was in Venice 3 times: first in the hot summer, then in a cold February, just after carnaval, and the last time in November, when San Marco and most of the streets were covered by water. But any time it was great. Now, after having some "experience" in travelling, I can say that Venice is one of my three favourite places in Europe.

now is a little bit more fresh information. Now I was in Venice 7 times, and my last two visits were in February (Ifirst week of carnival) and in April 2006. February was quite cold - windy, cloudy, but lots of fun becasue of the Carnival. For me it was new experience. Even though it was just the openning, the atmosphere was of a real holiday. Later, in ASpril, I enjoyed great weather in Venice - warm and sunny... You can see it from these pictures, they were taken from the Bell Tower.
