2 planes hit the WTC in New York
This page is dedicated to the memory of the many men, women and children who lost their lives in this dreadful act of terrorism. May you rest in peace. You are gone from us, but you are not forgotten.
Although these events took place in the United States, the attack itself was one of global scope, striking a blow to the very heart of freedom and democracy around the world. The targets were both symbolic and strategic.
My heart aches for those who have lost loved ones and friends. I pray that you will find some sense of peace in this dark hour. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to those brave men and women who have labored long and hard in their efforts to aid in the recovery process.
I pray that the United States and other supporting nations will seek justice for this senseless act of violence against our nation and the other peaceful nations of the world. I also pray that our leaders will temper their actions with wisdom and compassion, lest we become that which we are at war against.
Although I am not an American I print this Allegiance for everything it means to the free world.
I Pledge Allegiance To The Flag
Of The United States of America,
And To The Republic For Which It Stands.
One Nation, Under God, Indivisible,
With Liberty And Justice For All
May God Bless and Keep America
