Bali is a rather strange island.
In one side, it's a wonderful paradise, all green, wondeful beaches, delicious gastronomy, nice people, gorgeous weather...
In the other hand is a bit too touristic, crowded hotels, typical dances shows everywhere...
Anyway is a good start to get to know Indonesia, and then move east to less crowded islands.

I liked a lot these magnificient doors standing in the middle of nowhere, they were kind of surrealistic in a way, but beautiful anyway...

2day 6 of 7 species of marine turtles r listed criticaly endangered.Turtle population r in steep decline in manyareas,as nesting beaches r converted 2holidayresorts. turtles&their eggs r over-harvested 4 food&turtles r accidentaly caught&killed in fishnet
