Red Beach is one of the most impressive here, though is a bit crowded (you can go walking) and is a pebbles beach. There is a food stall and some facilities. Go early, it's a small beach.
Directions: South of the island, by the Akrotiri ruins

The white beach is the next to Red Beach wetwards. Is small too, but less crowded, as you can only get tere by boat. There are fishermen boats every hour from the bach near Akrotiri ruins.
