Where all the roads lead...

by SirRichard - last update: Dec 23, 2003

Rome is said to be closer to heaven than any other city. Maybe is because it houses the smallest, but higher "spiritually" talking, state (Vatican); or because it has 7 hills; or because its roofs make a wonderful city landscape. If you wanna see it from the top, go to the Villa Borghese Gardens.

Very informative page on Rome. This is definitely one city I would love to visit. Shame about the petty crime though.

Joaquin, it seams to me like if you spend most of your time in cafés and restaurants ... maybe I should do so too!
