When you do the Inca Trail via an agency you are included in a group. Most agencies have small groups, as promised. But some small agencies don't gather enough people for the trail and "sell" their customers to bigger agencies, adding them to other groups. This way you end up as part of a big group and you maight not have the promised attention, so check it in advance.
