Lunch, breakfast and dinner are included in the Inca Trail, except first breakfast ans lunch/dinner of the 4th day. They usually serve it in a special tent, and it consists in 2 main dishes, and some tea or coffee. Portions were big and the food was delicious, at least it seemed so after all day trekking!!

Breakfast consisted of some drink (coffee, tea, cacao), cereals, milk, pancakes and bread with butter and jam. Not amazing but big enough to keep hiking all morning. There was usually a coffee break at 11 or so...
