Brotherīs Cafe: Brother's Cafe

  • This old temple is now restored into a nice classy charming restaurant with a quiet patio.
They serve a delicious and fullfilling free buffet with national dishes, all kinds of soups, fish, veggies, meat, desserts...

If you wanna save some money go for lunch, is cheaper than for dinner... though the dinner is only 6 USD (drinks apart), but this is expensive for the city's average.

I had a little bit of everything, as I wanted to taste local specialities and didn't want to get full soon ;-))

    Cafe Paris: Cafe Paris
  • Tip Rating:
  • Satisfaction:

  • I had heard you could find delicious french "petit dejeneurs" here in Hanoi, so I went around the Opera to look for "french cafes". I found this little cafe with a terrace and daily press, where they served me some delicious croissant with butter and a coffee with milk.
Not the same as Paris stuff, but still pretty close and the terrace is nice and calm.

  • Tip Rating:

  • This tiny restaurant is located at the first floor in a small alley of the Old Quarter. You go up some narrow stairs and get into a nice medium size hall.
    Nice staff and local specialities.

Favorite Dish: I had some meat with pineapple and pancakes.
