Not what I was looking for, and definetly not easy to transport, but U can find delicious vietnamese honey if you book one of those tours to the Mekong Delta.
In one of the farms they will offer you tea with honey (tasty) and the opportunity to buy some. They show U too the bees and you can touch the honey there... if U dare!

If you join any of the many Mekong Delta tours, you will surely stop at one of these coconut traditional factories.
They make many products out of the green coconuts: candies, oil, liquor... you can see how they ellaborate them and buy some souvenirs too.
Coconut candies were delicious and cheap, 1 USD the box, and no chemical stuf!!

This is one of the main markets in Saigon and one of the landmarks of the city, with its belfry and clock. Recently refurbished, inside you can find many everyday life items, as household items, food, tobacco, clothing, hats, hardware, parfums? And outside, in the streets around, you will find many local restaurants, chinese shops, and a lively atmosphere which is very pleasant to observe?
It was built in 1914 by the french who knew it as ?Les Halles Centrales?

After visiting several internet cafes in central Saigon, I found this convenient bar with several screens and an ultrafast connection.
They also have scanner, printer and burn CDs. You can order a drink in the meanwhile too :-)
