Colaba Causeway, at the beginning, near Regal Cinema. This old cafe is a classicamong travellers of all ages and nationalities. A bit expensive for indian standards, but a good place to meet foreigners.

find your comment about the *sea shore hotel* silly! it is a BUDGET place; of course there are staff sleeping there at night - they live at the hotel, travelling back home every few months..this is the situation for millions globally; have respect! | mumbaimart Tue Oct 25, 2005 06:54 UTC
Rs. 6 is about $0.15 - tourist trap? Mumbai is no more dangerous than any other big city anywhere in the world - inlcuding london and new york |
