Kai Ping is in Guangdong Province of China. It's famous for the fortress in the Zi Li Village, inscribed on the World Cultural Heritage list on the June 28th , 2007.
The date I visited Zi Li Village in Kaiping was in April, when the fortress were shown in a foggy day.
