Once in the desert, our Berber guide looked at my friends and I and said: you can consider yourself a desert rat, I am still wondering if it was a compliment or what......
This was definitly one of the trips I enjoyed more, it was the first time for me in an arab country and, above all, the first time in the desert.

Return visit to this page, and enjoyed it as much as first visit ;-)
My first trip overseas in 1973 included one day here, and wish I could get back to see more. It was culturally different back then. Nice job of taking the pictures and comments. Ciao
Great to see this overview of Morocco, - love your desert pics! Your warning about tourists reminds me of a guy in an Uzbek desert camp who insisted on playing his radio loudly when the rest of us wanted to enjoy the stars & the peace of the night there
Nice overview of this fascinating country and beautifully illustrated too! I also need silence from time to time so don't go on package tours.
An excellent overview of Morocco with amazing photographs especially on Marrakech, Casablanca and Fes. The oasis looks interesting. The sunsets on your photographs certainly look amazing at the desert. Thanks for sharing. ~ho & pang
Hello! May I know if you have E-mail address or fax number of Hotel de Paris in Casablanca? Thanks a lot in advance!
Glad to hear you got your three minutes of silence in the desert, so you didn't have to go and sleep with the camels.
Revisiting. Beautiful desert photos. Excellent page of Morocco. Cheers, SL :)
