Getting TO/AROUND: The ticket to metro costs 3 Rubl. Metro in St.Petersburg is the deepest as it may be more then 300m below ground. But as you go be careful with your things and don't go alone if possible.

Getting TO/AROUND: Lots of lockals are hich-hickin themselves around town and outside town as it is cheeper but if you can't speak russian don't do it :-)

Getting TO/AROUND: To get around city center it is really easy to walk as there are lots of thinf´gs to see. The history of the sity is colorfull and interestig so to get the feeling of that walking is the best way. But i must say that nobody seems to know any highway code so be careful.
