Luggage And Bags: Pack lightly! Especially in November/December when it's hot... make sure you can lock it/secure it somehow to make it difficult for others to access! Just use common sense when in South East Asia.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Take light stuff as it gets muggy and hot. Probably good to take a waterproof jacket too.

Toiletries & Medical Supplies: For Langkawi - mosquito repellent - HEAPS OF IT - and take some hardcore stuff from Australia because the repellent available in Malaysia doesn't work. If you can't get the Aussie stuff, get something that has eucalyptus in it! I really cannot stress it enough!!!

SPF30+ sunscreen

Immodium (for when you go out with the locals and eat Nasi Goreng!)

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bathers and a towel, Teva sandles, sunglasses, a hat, a few shorts and t-shirts and you're set!!!
