What many people don't know about Hawaii is that it's a chain of 137 islands! Well the most important are 8 main islands: Ni'ihau, Kaua'i, O'ahu, Moloka'i, Lana'i, Kaho'olawe, Maui and Hawaii (the Big Island).
I just had a chance to visit Hawai'i, alo known as the Big Island and the Orchid Island as well. I spent there one month last summer and I had a time of my life. I've stayed there with a host family (a kind of our relatives).
The best thing in Hawaii? Fantastic beaches (read: the White Sands Beach), amazig tradition and culture and of course Hawaii's Volcanoes National Park.

We are back from our trip to Hawaii. We did not circle the island of Oahu in an airplane, but on Harley Davidsons. Safe travels from the travelling Canadians. |
