Siena was one of our stops on the way from Ligur coast on the west to Adriatic coast on the east.
Siena lies in the Central Tuscany.
I found it very beautiful for it incredible architecture and narrow streets.
Unfortunately we only spent few hours in the city because we were in the hurry to get to Rimini on time...

Great tips and photos Jerca! Many years ago when I was in Sienna my friend went up in the belltower, I was saving money and stayed in the square. Guess if I regret that now!
