Sharjah Sharjah is an emirate bordering the Dubai emirate and the cities are just 10kms apart, joined by a busy road.
Sharjah is very new, built on sand and seems to be populated mainly by Indian and Pakistani expats. It doesn't have much to interest the visitors but has some reasonable shopping. Beware though of the many fake goods. |
