A VT travel adventure

When Virtual Tourist first started their Travel Auctions feature, I was a little curious and started researching the various destinations. One really stuck out: Rendezvous Resort, on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. On the second or third round of auctions, I bid, and won, a one week vacation to the resort. "This," I thought, "will be the perfect Christmas present for Mark. He's so stressed out -- a week away from work and responsibilities is exactly what he needs."

There are so many incredible places in the world to visit, that it's hard to say, "I'll come back here." Because time is limited, right? Well... we sealed our fates when we decided to get married here, in simple cotton, toes in the sand... it was absolutely perfect. Now we'll get to go back for our anniversary holidays!
