We arrived at the Las Vegas airport after our flight from the netherlands. At the airport we walked passed a lobby for a few hotels including Ballys.
We decided to check in here because it wasn't crowded here and we didn't know how busy our hotel lobby would be.
Because it was a national holiday they didn't have our reserved king room anymore. We accepted it just because we where tired and got our luggage.
Once in the room the view was great, the room was good but not what we expected...went to the lobby and the moved us to the room we booked the next day.
That room was great, the view wasn't as good but all was just a bit more luxurious as the previous room...
We filled a complaint when checking out about this mishap, we would hear about that...but it's now a month later and nothing yet.....but all in all the stay was great....
Unique Qualities: The hotel has some great views over the strip, depending in which tower you are staying. The rooms are very good and the service of the staff is good. If you book a room be sure to find a package which has coupons to the shows in the hotel. We visited Jubilee and it was really great...
