That's how they called it over there, in our first years in Florida it was the closest we got to Key West.. But in the end we decided to visit it and stay the night on our way to Key West. Ok it hasn't as much of nightlife as Key West but it is certainly a beautiful place to stay if you don't want to make the trip to Key West....

Well Key Largo is the first of the Keys and can offer you most of the things you will find in Key West...

If you like to go it, you could better go to Miami or Key West but for swimming, boating or snorkeling you can just stop here...
