What about Homestead

We visited this part of Florida when we had a hotel in Miami, the temperature was very hot that day. But that made it great to have an airboat ride.

Very funny and accurate tips; I'd never figured how cuddly an alligator could be, but it looked nice...at least, he was smiling ;-)

I hate alligators, I was scared by one on a path in the woods but didn't notice the chain link fence was between us. Thank God!

Everyday when I drive off base to go home. I always pass an alligator. We have them on the golf course as well. There was a study a few years ago. The UF estimated that there were at least 3.3 million in Florida

I was in Homestead in 1995, and there was still a lot of damage from the hurricane three years later. It looks like you had a great time at the alligator farm.

Great and fun page! I enjoyed reading your page a lot! I only had a short time to visit the Everglades because I had to catch the plane. Hahaha, and the mosquitos were eating me alive... arghhhh! Next time I should go in December instead of March :-)
