    • Now I never really noticed the WisCONsin accent til I went away to college and then returned home. Rent the movie Fargo--not everyone sounds like that, but I do have many relatives who do!

    Also, people here are friendly and very down to earth. Don't be surprised if strangers greet you on the street.

    Finally, if you go out, be prepared to drink beer--it is definitely a favorite around this place. Oh and eat a lot of cheese and bratwurst!

     Have been to the shrine - Lambeau Field - Pack vs Steelers (just b4 Xmas either 94 or 95). Went with our then Wisconsin relatives. Yancy Thigpen dropped the ball in the end zone Pack wins!
