THE TRAFFIC!!! Being from NYC, I thought I know what traffic was! Street lights there were few and far between. Apparently, pedestrians take the initiative and start walking in the crosswalk and the cars and scooters stop. You have to do this, otherwise you'll be standing on the curb forever!
