Haze: In the past years Malaysia has suffered from haze caused by forest fires (uncontrolled burning practices) in both Malaysia and the neighbouring country, Indonesia. Yes, Singapore suffered this too during the severe haze. Air quality has been known to be poor. It is difficult to predict this, but effort by the government and of neighbouring countries are being made to prevent another recurrence. I knew of a personal contact that suffered bad asthma attack during bad haze. So please stay alert on warning of haze and take precaution when needed.
