My deepest impression about Croatia - Plitvicka Jezera National Park. One of the 16 lakes you can see on the picture above.
Of course, the lakes it is only one of the range of beautiful and interesting Croatia's sites. Being a well developed touristic destination, Croatia offers its visitors a bundle of distinct rest facilities.
Appearance of picturesque towns on the Istrian coast resembles Italian architectural style. It is quite logical; Croatia used to be partially occupied by Venice in the early 15th - 17th centuries. Inner mountain villages are different. White cottages with red tiled roofs are scattered along valleys, no streets, no squares, vast green space...
I spent in Croatia eleven wonderful days - too little to have a possibility to see all the country. I have to come back oneday :)
