During our 2007 tour of this region with Jennie's choir (Eisenach, Erfurt, Weimar) we stayed at the Berghotel Friedrichroda. No more that 8 or 9 kilometers from Georgenthal, were we stayed back in 1997. But due to our very tight schedule, we did not have time for a 'nostalgic trip' to the campingsite close by. A view of the town of Friedrichroda from the hotel.
