Medemblik and the Castle Radboud. We passed through town on a bike trip from nearby Enkhuizen. We had some coffee at a local restaurant.
We were here in April and the tourist season had not yet started. During the summer, guided tours are available. Tourists may also want to walk around the castle or the nearby harbour. A steam engine railroad service is maintained between Medemblik and Hoorn. |

Great intro photo of the castle Egon! The castle was closed when I was here as well, and I didn't need the steamtrain either. Hahaha, but I did enjoy a nice cup of coffee here :-)) Medemblik is nice :-) |
