Picture: Odense: a quiet street near the Andersen Museum
Hi and welcome to my Odense page. In Odense, in 1995, we came within very close distance of the H.C Andersen Museum, but we did not visit it, it was much too crowded, such a little house and so many people ; perhaps the most crowded place we saw in the whole state of Denmark.
Instead we visited the Domkirke and had a real close look at the relics of Kong Knud. |
|  | We revisited Odense on 29 June 2008 - you might say we made a comeback after 13 years - when we were on our way back to the Netherlands following our summer holiday in Norway. This time, we even spent the night here at a hotel very close to the town centre. And we did some more sight seeing. |
