Fontaine de Quatre Tias

A town in the Loire Region with a very famous fountain (16th century), Les Quatre Tias, said to be the source of noble minds. Apparently, the construction of the fountain was what caused the town to become the home of a number of French philosophers, writers and scientists. Unfortunately, we did not feel very refreshed after visiting the fountain. A day trip from our camping site Le Lidon in the neighbouring department Deux Sevres.
