In September I attended the VT meeting in Bologna. No one really knew me, since I don't hang out in the chatrooms much (I have to rely on Internet cafes for a connection, as the phone line in my apartment ruined someone else's modem, so I don't want to try it), but I had a great time anyway. I'll put a few pictures up and add to the page more in the future. More photos on VT's meetings page. |
Bologna is a big student town. It's known as "Bologna the Red" both because of the pretty rust color of the town and its historically Communist leanings. It's also known as "Bologna the Fat" for its fabulous cuisine. The town is also known for its pretty covered, arched walkways. |
