Karlstejn Castle (located in Karlstejn Village) is worth a look, if you have an extra day. The village itself is quite interesting and has some nice little shops with Czech artwork/souveneirs, etc.
Review Helpfulness: 
I suggest that you go to into all the little pubs that you can find, even if you have just one drink in each (and they do serve non-alcholic drinks--like coffee and perrier). I think you really get a sense of Czech culture by going to the pubs. They are literally on every corner, especially in the Old Town and Mala Strana.
